I am a fitness enthusiast that has a wide range of experience in the industry. I have spent over 13 years in the Air Force working with many people to stay “fit to fight.” Totaling over 4 years of experience in the supplement industry I have taken hundreds of different products and have found what I think to be some of the top-quality products on the market today. I also worked with a division 1 college football team dealing with nutrition and exercise during my Master’s program in Sport and Athletic Administration.
Over the years of helping friends and family transform their health I decided to share my skills with as many people as possible and make my passion my profession. My goal is to create a lifestyle for my clients, not a short-term fix, but something maintainable for the rest of your life, giving their lives a new direction. I specialize in keto, but can build a way of eating to support any lifestyle. Together we will discover your personal road to more success, satisfaction, and health.
I am a personal trainer and active duty military personnel. My fitness journey started only a few years ago. I never had consistency with working out and when I did, I still had no game plan or a clue to what I was doing. I would pretty much starve myself all day and eat once a day. Heaven forbid I allowed myself to have a cookie. I would feel so guilty about if I did. I would end up eating the entire box and a bag of chips and my day would start all over again. I had a life changing wake up call that made me realize I wasn’t who or where I wanted to be in life. My very first fitness goal was 1 pull up.
In 3 months that goal turned into 15. My next was a Spartan Race which, turned into doing a Beast and following it the very next day with a Sprint. My point here is that you can do a lot more than you think you can. Find your reason, believe in yourself and learn the tools to get you there! I will teach you HOW to think vs WHAT to think when it comes to fitness and nutrition. It’s about finding what healthy foods you enjoy to eat, finding workouts that you enjoy and having a positive support system. Anyone can show you workouts and meal plans. My goal is to TEACH you how to accomplish your goals and be consistent. The fitness lifestyle is not just about eating right and working out. It’s about being mentally and emotionally healthy.
